Riding for Regulation and Relationship focuses on utilizing  horses to teach safe mindfulness practices for trauma  survivors. This workshop will define Equine-Assisted  Psychotherapy (EAP), mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused  Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP) within the context  of healing trauma and building resiliency. Participants will  experience how rhythmic, patterned repetition works and  how it affects the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses to  stress or trauma.

This is the third in a three-part series that provides an in-depth look at the insight and wisdom horses can provide in calming thoughts, healing hearts, and mending human relationships.
